BOA Concept and EASY Systems Benelux, a Belgian specialist in handling systems for intralogistics and production sectors, announce the signing of a transfer contract for BOA Concept's acquisition of 70% of EASY Systems' capital.
A common DNA and numerous synergies to be implemented. Jean-Lucien Rascle, President of BOA Concept, comments on this operation:
