The highlights

A story of continuous innovation

Our story is tied to the evolution of intralogistics. For 13 years, our mission has remained the same: to cover all logistical needs by integrating artificial intelligence, our DNA since the first module, the first embedded card.

2012

The company was founded by a team of 3 people around a concept inspired by collective intelligence, applying intelligent management to load transfers in warehouses. The same embedded cards control equipment and conveyors.

2013

First installation at Oscaro.com in Gennevilliers, an e-commerce site for car parts. Silent and 100% electric infrastructure, offering the flexibility needed for an e-commerce company to grow. 5 people.

2014

The range expanded with belt conveyors. Ideal system for conveying light and heterogeneous loads such as envelopes, bins, and individual parts.

2016

Strong growth: new premises, recruitments, doubled turnover and workshop extensions. 9 new signings, including 2 international contracts (Switzerland and Germany).

2017

Just for fun, we created the pallet conveyor (Heavy Load)! It transports up to 1 ton, adapting in speed and direction. It optimises handling related to order preparation and it works! Team: 29 people.

2018

Launch of CAAS, a rental conveyor offer combining financial flexibility and included updates, ensuring the adaptability of our intelligent systems to market changes. Team: 39 people.

2019

Development of an automated storage solution: 1st installation at Obut, with a new goods-to-person preparation approach (optimisation and securing of stock). The warehouse evolves, the team too: 48 people.

2020

Expansion and innovation with the installation of agile solutions for logistics 4.0, integrating data to optimise traceability, maintenance and management. 15 new client signings. 44 people.

2021

Boa Concept focuses on financial transparency to accelerate its growth and goes public. Now listed on Euronext Growth at the Paris Stock Exchange, the company continues to win new markets in Europe. 54 people.

2022

First external growth with the acquisition of Roboptic, enriching the offer with robotics applied to logistics and opening new opportunities in the robot market. 75 people

2023

Development of the first robotic solutions: palletisers and robotic picking, with AI integration capability for greater efficiency. The team has 81 people.

2024

Second external growth with the acquisition of Easy Systems, a Belgian and Dutch company specialising in transit systems for intralogistics. Opening of the Benelux market. Team: 90 people.

2025

Creation of a subsidiary in Canada, Province of Quebec, marking entry into the North American market. Deployment of an AI-powered robotic cover machine, illustrating the technological evolution of the business. 94 people.
International

Boa Concept around the world

The company is strengthening its international development with solid establishments in 4 countries: France, Belgium, and the Netherlands via the Easy Systems subsidiary, as well as in Canada. These strategic establishments enable a wide geographic area to be covered. Line installations are now present in 8 countries, further consolidating BOA Concept's offering in international markets.
